1 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to the hbazi online gaming platform. The following terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and all services connected to it. By accessing the website or creating an account, you automatically confirm that you fully accept these terms.

These terms apply to adults residing in Bangladesh who are legally able to participate in online gaming. It is your responsibility to read this document in full before using any hbazi service.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Single Account

Each person may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information at the time of registration. Providing false or incomplete information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled and the balance being forfeited.

3 Account Security & Password

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account secure. Never share your password with any third party. Use a strong and unique password and change it regularly.

• Only the account holder may access the account.
• No transactions may be made through a third party.
• If you notice any unauthorised login or unusual activity, notify hbazi support immediately.
• The user bears full responsibility for any loss resulting from misuse of the account.

hbazi will never ask for your password or full payment details via email or chat. If you receive such a request, contact support immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on hbazi are currently available through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. No method other than these four is accepted. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Limits & Timing

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not complete.

4.3 Transaction Rules

Use only payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing or withdrawing funds from another person's account is not permitted. hbazi reserves the right to request additional verification for suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hbazi offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; or deposit ৳6,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Terms of Use

• An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses may not be transferred or sent to another account.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.
• hbazi reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

6 VIP Program & Cashback

hbazi has four VIP tiers for loyal members, with weekly cashback benefits available:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% cashback per week.

It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular and active participation. hbazi reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

7 Gaming Conduct & Prohibited Activities

hbazi is committed to ensuring a fair and orderly gaming experience on its platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any form of cheating, manipulation, or software to gain an advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
• Disrespectful behaviour towards other players or staff.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Playing using automated bots or any other program.
• Attempting to interfere with the security of the platform.

In the event of any of the above violations, hbazi reserves the right to close the account without prior notice and forfeit all balances.

8 Responsible Gaming

hbazi believes that online gaming should be a healthy form of entertainment. We encourage all users to play responsibly.

• Set deposit and loss limits for yourself.
• Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

Reproducing, distributing, or using any part of this site for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited. The intellectual property of game software and content belongs to the respective game developer.

11 Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

hbazi strives to keep its services uninterrupted and error-free, but does not accept responsibility in the following circumstances:

• Service disruptions due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Failure of third-party payment providers.
• Issues with the user's own device or network.
• Unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure).

The user acknowledges that they bear all risks of participation and holds hbazi harmless from any potential losses.

12 Account Closure & Termination

12.1 At the User's Request

You may request the closure of your account at any time through support. Please withdraw any outstanding balance before closing your account.

12.2 At hbazi's Discretion

hbazi may close any account for the following reasons:

• Serious violation of these terms.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

14 Changes to Terms & Effectiveness

hbazi reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for important changes. Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
